This is Muxlim Inc.'s Privacy Statement. It sets out how we deal with your personal data.

Definitions

"Personal Data" means any data that identifies you.

"Service" means websites muxlim.com (and all its sub-domains) or related web sites or services, e.g. forums.muxlim.com, blogs.muxlim.com, images.muxlim.com, search.muxlim.com, spaces.muxlim.com, islamictorrents.net, quran.muxlim.com and tv.muxlim.com, and services available in these websites.

1. Processing of Personal Data

Muxlim will deal with your Personal Data strictly in compliance with the Finnish data protection laws and regulations. The description of a data file pursuant to Finnish regulations Personal Data may be collected, processed and used by Muxlim in the course of providing the Service to you. Your Personal Data will not be processed for any other purpose than for the purposes of providing the Service. Your Personal Data will never be sold. No other company or service provider will be allowed to exploit your Personal Data without your consent. We may disclose the Personal Data to third parties only in the limited situations set out below in the Privacy Statement. Muxlim may use third party service providers in processing of the Personal Data on Muxlim's behalf and solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. The use of information will always remain under the control of Muxlim at all times. We may collect Personal Data about your use of the Service in order for the Service to meet your needs.

We may disclose to third parties anonymous data regarding the use of the Service, provided always that individual users will not be identifiable from such data.

Muxlim will disclose your Personal Data to authorities only if necessary to conform with a legal requirement or comply with the legal process or to protect the interests of Muxlim, its registered users or others.

3. Cookies

4. Third Party Websites and Services

Muxlim will not share your Personal Data with such service providers without your consent. However, we may disclose your Personal Data to a provider of app that you are using. Muxlim is not in control of such processing and assumes no liability for the processing of Personal Data by such third party service providers.

The purpose for processing the personal data

The purpose of processing of personal data in the data file is

• Administration, maintenance and development of the customer relationship between the registered users of the Service and the data controller or companies belonging to a same group of companies with the data controller and its (Section 10 of the Personal Data Act, paragraph 1, item 5);
• Facilitation of the provision of the Service to the registered users;
• Direct marketing to the registered users of the Service;
• Development of the Service through analysis of the usage of the Service;
• Do we need to add that we may in the future sell anonymous market research information to third parties? The market research information does NOT identity individual users.

The register contains personal data of persons who have registered to the Service.

Regular destinations of disclosed data

Third party subcontractors may be utilised in processing of the data. Such third party subcontractors process the data on behalf of the data controller. Personal Data may be disclosed to a provider of app that a registered person is using. Other than the aforementioned, the information in the register is not regularly dis-closed to parties not belonging to the same group of companies with the data control-ler. The personal data may be transferred to outside the European Union to service providers, subject to the compliance with the relevant regulations applicable to the transfer of the personal data.

The principles how the data file/register is secured

The register is stored in an information system, which is accessible on by employees of the data controller or of companies belonging to the same group of companies with the data controller. Only employees who need access to the information system for the purposes of their employment obligations are allowed to access the system. Employees have access to the information system only to the extent necessary for the purposes of their employment obligations. The information system is secured with user IDs and passwords, which are held only by employees who are authorised to ac-cess the system.
